Ghost Reviews is run by Devon Abernethy, an independent operator in London, Ontario — one person, not a platform, not an agency, not a call center. If you email us, Devon is who answers.

The service exists for one situation: a small business wakes up to a cluster of one-star ratings that don't look like real customers — no text, little or no other publicly visible review history, all landing within hours of each other. Google has official rules against fake engagement and an official process for challenging it. Most owners don't have the time to document a case properly and push it through that process. That documentation and follow-through is the whole product.

Just as important is what we don't do: we never touch honest reviews, we never guarantee a removal, and we have no special access to Google — anyone who claims otherwise is lying to you. Every decision is Google's alone.
