Did you get an email from us about your reviews?
Here's exactly what happened, and how to check us out before you reply. Being skeptical of an email like ours is the right instinct — owners get hammered with fake "problem with your Google listing" messages, and we'd rather earn your trust than talk you out of caution.

Why you got it
We analyze publicly available Google review data. Your business showed a specific pattern — for example, several one-star ratings posted in a tight window from accounts with little or no other publicly visible review history. We never email about a hunch: a human reads the actual reviews first, and if they look like ordinary honest feedback, we don't contact the business at all.
You don't have to take our word for any of it. Open your own Google reviews, sort by newest, and look at the date the email mentions — the pattern is right there on your profile, visible to anyone.
What we're offering

Check the message itself
Our canonical cold-outreach From address, if outreach is later activated, is devon@send.outreach.ghostreviews.app with the display name Ghost Reviews. The exact Reply-To address is devon@ghostreviews.app. If either address differs, do not trust the message. We do not ask for a password, card number, Google verification code, remote-computer access, or payment in a cold email. If a message does, do not reply or click anything; forward it to the Reply-To address above so we can investigate.
What we will never do
We never touch honest reviews, even brutal ones. We never guarantee a removal — we file requests through Google's official process and Google alone decides. We have no special access to Google. We never ask for your password. Google Business Profile itself is free; any fee from us is only for optional work you authorize. The full list is here.

We're run by Devon Abernethy, an independent operator in London, Ontario — more about him here, including a local phone number ((548) 800-0156). Our mailing address is on every outreach email we send and in the footer of our public information pages — they match. Fresh scans are currently paused.
